The H100 is the workhorse still clearing the most reserved training deals. On this board it is a post with a count, a place, and a start date, rather than a spot quote that expires this afternoon.

## What to put in an H100 post

Say SXM or PCIe, the GPU count, and whether the nodes are 8-way. Name the fabric (NVLink inside the node, InfiniBand or Ethernet between nodes) and the memory on the host. A buyer comparing you with an hourly marketplace already knows the chip. They came here for the term and the tenant boundary.
Requests should say the substitute they will accept. A lot of H100 demand in late 2026 is really “H100 or H200, single tenant, this region, this quarter.” Write that down. It is how an H200 holder finds you.

## How this differs from an hourly H100

Host marketplaces list H100s by the second, often interruptible, often on a machine shared in ways the listing only half-describes. A Private Compute offer is a statement that those GPUs can be held. Price can be hourly, monthly, or on request. The searchable facts are the window and the region.
